14-day right of withdrawal
By law you have 14 days to withdraw. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can return it without giving a reason.
Conditions
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You register your return in advance via the contact page.
- The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
How it works
- Register your return via the contact page and include your order number.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back with sufficient postage.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within 14 days via the same payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
Get in touch within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.
