Terms and conditions — NFC Covers (Commerce4U)

Article 1 — Definitions

  • The trader: Commerce4U, trading as NFC Covers, established at Dijkschouwerslaan 44, 1785 HR Den Helder, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 78232473, VAT number NL003304094B32.
  • The customer: any natural person not acting in the course of a trade or profession who enters into a distance contract with the trader.
  • Contract: any contract concluded between the trader and the customer via the webshop nfccovers.nl.
  • Products: all items offered by the trader via the webshop.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the customer.

Article 3 — The offer

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the trader.
  3. All images are illustrative and may differ slightly from reality.

Article 4 — The contract

  1. The contract is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it.
  2. The trader confirms receipt of the acceptance without delay by electronic means.

Article 5 — Prices and payment

  1. The prices stated include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately and are visible at checkout. Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
  2. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.
  3. The trader is not liable for errors arising from incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

Article 6 — Shipping and delivery

  1. The trader exercises the greatest possible care in processing orders.
  2. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
  3. The usual delivery time is 10 to 20 working days. If it takes longer, we inform the customer.
  4. If delivery is delayed, or an order cannot be carried out or only in part, the customer is informed no later than 14 days after placing the order.
  5. Shipping is carried out by external suppliers and logistics partners (dropshipping).

Article 7 — Dropshipping and liability

  1. The trader uses dropshipping. Products are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer.
  2. The trader remains legally responsible for delivery and customer service.
  3. Any import duties, VAT or customs charges for deliveries outside the EU are payable by the customer.
  4. The trader is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or suppliers.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

  1. The customer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.
  2. The withdrawal period starts the day after the customer receives the product.
  3. During the withdrawal period the customer handles the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
  4. The customer notifies the trader of withdrawal within the period via the contact page or by email to commerce4u@outlook.com.
  5. The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  6. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method.

Article 9 — Governing law

Dutch law applies to all contracts. As a consumer you are always entitled to the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you are resident.
