How it works

1. Choose your phone model and colour and order your case.
2. Open the accompanying app, choose your image and turn on NFC on your phone.
3. Hold your phone against the back of the case and keep it still while the E-Ink display builds up the image.

The image then stays put without power. Fancy something different? Scan again with a new image.

Delivery time

We work with dropshipping: your order is sent directly from our supplier's warehouse. That makes delivery slower than a shop holding its own stock, but it keeps the price down.

Processing: 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery to the Netherlands: typically 10 to 20 working days.
You receive a track and trace code as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

By law you have 14 days to withdraw. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can return it without giving a reason.

Conditions

The product is unused and in its original packaging.
You register your return in advance via the contact page.
The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

How it works

Register your return via the contact page and include your order number.
We send you the return address and instructions.
Send the parcel back with sufficient postage.
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within 14 days via the same payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Get in touch within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.

How it works

Put your phone in the case.
Scan the QR code on the instruction card included with your case and download the app it points to.
Choose your image in the app, turn on NFC and hold your phone against the back of the case.
Hold it still while the E-Ink display builds up the image. Done.

Please note: to send across an image you need a phone with NFC. Your case comes with an instruction card carrying a QR code for the app that belongs to it.
